Provides one-on-one sessions lasting one full-hour. The benefit of a private training session is the workout is specifically designed to fit the goals and needs of the client. Harry has a variety of workout styles that can fit how clients like to train including the following:
Body Punch
A combination of Boxing and Circuit Training using boxing equipment, hand weights, medicine balls, resistant bands, ropes, and more.
Sycro 2 Training
Similar to body punch in that the circuit system is used, but emphasis is on resistance training using compound movements to boost metabolism. Both systems deliver toning and strengthening of muscles plus an overall decrease in body fat.

Basic and Advanced
Resistance Training
Harry will show you how to put on that much desired lean
mass for the mass appeal with good technique, proper
nutrition, and periodization.
Weights and
Measures
Harry will take you through a health assessment that
includes a weigh-in, body fat percentage, tape
measurements, fitness level evaluation, flexibility and
nutritional guidance and meal planning.
Learn How to Box
This is for the client who wants to learn what the pros
learn--the art of the game.
Harry guides you through the process of becoming a true
boxer as you learn the techniques and art of professional
fighting.
Boot Camp ATL
Here’s where Harry takes his
brand of training to the outdoors, where the benefits of
fresh air, sunshine and group energy take center stage.
Harry’s Boot Camp style is a smorgasbord of fitness.
Expect the unexpected--from kickboxing, to treasure
hunts, to down right in your face, grunt it out, push
